The exhibition Käthe Schönle: FOCUS / a place beyond the NOW features new works on canvas, drawings, and collages that offer a glimpse into a future beyond dystopia and destruction. They are both powerful and poetic, arguing for a more confident version of coexistence. In dialogue with the works of Käthe Schönle, new works by Stylianos Schicho will be on display. These works, created in charcoal and acrylic on canvas, address the need for belonging but also for separation. They reveal the fragility of social constructs and encourage viewers to question their own standpoint and adopt a new perspective.
