MICHELA GHISETTI's oeuvre contains numerous different styles and facets, with the artist constantly exploring new content and materials in a wide variety of media. A major theme in Ghisetti's work is women and their socially determined roles, but also questions about the boundary between the self and the you, between the individual and the group. The motifs become metaphors, she draws inspiration from her experiences, constantly incorporates new impulses into her art and cannot be reduced to one style.

EDGAR HONETSCHLÄGER's works are based on anthropological approaches, playfully questioning supposed cultural conditions, the concept of individualization and its effects on man's relationship to nature. For him, artists perform translation work, in the sense of 'servants of society'. Rebellion against the omnipotence of the 'central perspective' is a recurring theme. In the form of painting, drawing, photography, performance, installation and intervention as well as short and feature films, a multi-layered oeuvre unfolds, whose surface is convincing in its aesthetics, but which, like a pond, allows us to look deep.
