In the Greek legend of Ariadne, the thread becomes a life-saving tool for the Athenian king's son Theseus to find his way out of a labyrinth.

We encounter threads in myths, in language - who doesn't know the "red thread" - and also in art. We need it to find our way through the labyrinth of the world and our society.

It becomes synonymous with a method for solving a problem. This process can take the form of a physical marker, a mental record, or even a philosophical debate.

The Ariadne thread is the theme of the exhibition, processed to different contexts in the heterogeneous works of the artists. It becomes a point of connection, opens up spaces for thought and association, and acts as a guide through the exhibition. In Deleuze's terminology, the thread would be synonymous with the process of individuation, whereby questions of social theory such as identity, difference, individuality, universality, quantity, quality, relation, essence, space, time and cause are negotiated individually by the five artists.
